2015 Official distributor of 2RING
Since June 2015 Evercom is the official distributor of 2RING Software solutions.
2RING is a leading Cisco Preferred Solution Partner, which has been active since 2001 with gadgets en applications for Cisco Contact Centers en IP telephony. Core activity – software development and consultations in order to save partners time and help to satisfy their customer needs with cost effective solutions that have a roadmap aligned with Cisco collaboration portfolio.
01 June 2015RED BOX added to portfolio
From 2010, Evercom added in its portfolio the start-of-the art recoding solution from REDBOX. The Red Box Recorders business was founded in 1988 as Origin Data Realisation (still the name of their parent company) to produce recording software for Racal Recorders, part of the then major communications technology group. Since then REDBOX have developed their own voice-recording product, specifically to meet the needs of the fast-growing VoIP market.

Evercom becomes exclusive business partner for distributing the MIND CTI and RODA products.

Roda Computer GmbH, with its head office in GERMANY is specialized in development and assembly of RUGGEDISED mobile PC systems.
