The kind of personal data Evercom collects

Evercom collects and processes data that Users voluntarily supply in order to take part in a demonstration of the software, access specific content, or use Evercom sw. We also collect data on Users’ preferences and on traffic (such as IP addresses).

The ultimate purpose of processing data is to allow Users to evaluate the Evercom Software solution, access specific content, and improve services by placing cookies on User terminals and sending them marketing offers.

In order to view a demonstration, gain access to our extranet, download content, or participate in webinars, Users must transmit the following personally identifying information:

·         E-mail address;

·         Company name;

Evercom collects and processes Users’ Personal Data in good faith, in compliance with the law, and with respect for their rights. Evercom is the entity responsible for processing Users’ Personal Data.

 

How users’ personal data are stored

Personal Data shared by Users are hosted by BENESOL.

Evercom does everything in its power to avoid any interference with Users’ Personal Data, such as loss, misuse, hacking, unauthorized disclosure, alteration, or destruction of the Personal Data.

Duration

Evercom is legally obligated to retain the following Personal Data resulting from the creation, modification, or deletion of the Users’ Content, for one (1) year:

·         Login ID;

·         Terminal-assigned ID;

·         Types of protocols;

·         Nature of the operation;

·         Date and time of the operation;

·         ID used by the author of the operation.

Without prejudice to the following subparagraph, the Personal Data processed by Evercom will be deleted no later than two (2) years after Users delete their account or after three (3) years of inactivity on the Users’ Account.

 

Deleting data

Users may request that their personal data be deleted, without prejudice to Section Duration above.

 

Use of personal data

To access certain features of Evercom and promote our services, Users’ Personal Data (such as names and addresses) may be collected through only line Contact Forms, and Contact Form Submissions.

Evercom promises not to share or transfer Users’ Personal Data to any third parties.

Personal data are stored both on servers located within the European Union.

For specific project where servers must be located outside of the European Union, Evercom ensures from now on that the transfer of non-EU data will take place in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, subject to the stipulation of the standard contractual clauses provided by the European Commission.

 

Communication from Evercom

Evercom may send User’s marketing offers or content related to Evercom solutions, but Users may unsubscribe at any time. Evercom may send emails to Users at the electronic address associated with their Account for technical or administrative reasons or to notify Users of a change in its services.

 

How to exercise at any rights

In compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereafter “GDPR”), Users have the right to access, modify, and object to the processing of, and may request the deletion of their Personal Data collected or processed by Evercom.

The concerned party has the right to make a complaint to the Authority for the Protection of Personal Data.
